O Mother still knows best.

Operatives from the Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) yesterday rescued 14-year-old Babylin Suerte Taytay from white slavery at a beer joint in Marilao, Bulacan -- some six hours after her mother, Josephine Suerte, came to policemen.

“I commend the operatives who undertook the raid,” Managuelod said. “Police should react the same way they did and improve response time.”

Vilena and Detection and Special Operations Office (DSOO) led by SPO4 Ildefonso, along with Bulacan PNP, swooped down on the La Bamba Beer House and rescued Babylin and four other minors held against their will.
